The pieces for these three outfits are simple, yet the look in its entirety is strong and alluring. Crimson lips and dark eyes, paired with chic black & white ensembles, create a sleek and sophisticated look.

We have all been there, you've spent the entire day out with friends or you left work later than expected (yet again) and the next thing you know, everyone is ready to go out for dinner and drinks. You have absolutely no time to race back home and change, yet you refuse to arrive underdressed or in that dull office attire you’ve been wearing since 8 am… Fortunately I have several solutions that will transform your outfit from day to night, with minimal effort!
Everyone should own at least one pair of super dark blue jeans (even men). Simple dark jeans are the easiest to transition for a night downtown because they appear much less casual than lighter denim pants. You can still have the comfort & casual appearance of jeans for your daytime look, while they still appear dressy at night. I opted for my Levi’s skinny jeans for this exact reason, they're comfortable, yet chic enough for a night out!
If you're going out during a Saturday afternoon and you know you will more than likely be persuaded by your friends to go out after the sun has set, there are several options you can choose from for a top. Blouses are great when they are paired with jeans or heeled ankle boots (the pair I’m wearing are Adrienne Vittadini) because you will look put together, yet casual. Simple or neutral colored tops will always work in your favor because they can be paired with an eye catching piece of jewelry. Here I am wearing a light blue tank top from French Connection. It is simple, yet stylish due to the flowy fabric.
Keep at least one necklace or elegant pair of earrings in your purse. It will be a quick and convenient way to instantly dress up any outfit. The necklace and ring I am wearing are from Macy’s and the earrings are from Forever21.
Blazers are by far my favorite type of clothing the fashion industry has to offer! They are a staple piece and everyone needs to make room in their closet for at least one of these incredibly versatile jackets! Regardless of where you wear one, a blazer works in almost every setting. They're professional for work, while that structured style is also chic & fashionable for a social setting (the blazer I'm wearing is from H&M).
Always carry a spare lip gloss and dark brown or black eyeliner for a quick touchup. Even if you're not dressed in your best outfit, all you really need is a red lip & you're ready to seize the night!
